We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Trade Experts 4U. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a claim.

Your Right to Return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unopened, in their original packaging
In the same condition as received
Returned within 14 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back. We will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Postage Costs

Change of mind / unwanted items: Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage in full.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
